SDG Lab at UNECE Regional Forum 2019, March 21-22
The SDG Lab will participate in the 2019 Regional Forum on Sustainable Development for the UN Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), taking place from March 21-22 in Geneva.
The Regional Forum will bring together UNECE member States, representatives of UN and other international organizations, as well as civil society organizations to assess SDG implementation progress. Focus will be placed on SDGs 4 (Quality Education), 8 (Decent Work & Economic Growth), 10 (Reduced Inequalities), 13 (Climate Change) and 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions).
During the two-day forum, the SDG Lab will have an interactive display set up in the exhibition zone. “SDG Linkages” will invite forum participants to make visual interlinkages among the SDGs and share implementation stories.
In addition to the exhibition zone, Lab Director Nadia Isler will moderate the forum’s last thematic session, “Connecting the Dots: Moving Ahead Towards Empowerment, Inclusion and Equality in the Region”.
Further updates will be posted on this page.
