Upcoming SDG “So What”: Sustaining Peace & Sustainable Development, April 1
The SDG Lab’s “So What” series usually focuses on the linkages between two targets or goals of the 2030 Agenda and aims at showing the indivisibility of the 17 Global Goals in practice.
This iteration will deviate slightly to explore the interrelated nature of two global agendas - Sustainable Development and Sustaining Peace.
By fostering a conversation between the world of development and the world of peace, the Lab hopes to support policymakers and practitioners in translating the integrated nature of the 2030 Agenda and Sustaining Peace into action and open paths to new ways of operating and partnering among various stakeholders in Geneva, New York and beyond.
This special “So What” will take place at the Palais des Nations on April 1 in collaboration with the United Nations Peacebuilding Support Office (PBSO) and the UN Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs (DPPA).
