2017 HLPF Informal Feedback Session

The informal feedback meeting on the 2017 High Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development brought together more than 250 multi stakeholders from member states, UN and international organizations, NGOs and civil society, academia, private sector and business networks. Focused on policy coherence and the "Whole Government Approach" the forum discussed the unique opportunity the Geneva ecosystem offers, the need for focusing on targets rather than goals and for "investing in the SDGs." The participants recognized the crucial role of the SDG Lab as a space for voicing challenges and solutions, breaking sectorial silos, connecting multi stakeholders and asking concrete unexpected questions.
