Geneva SDG Day - 28 September

The Geneva SDG Day, on September 28, organized by the Geneva Graduate Institute, the SDG Lab and UNDP, will provide an opportunity for Geneva’s interested stakeholders to discuss, through different sessions, in-person and online, the outcomes of the upcoming SDG Summit, which will take place in New York on September 18-19. This year’s Summit marks the halfway point for the achievement of the 2030 Agenda and the SDGs.
Geneva SDG Day - 28 September

The day will feature a morning briefing on the main takeaways from the SDG Summit and the way forward towards the 2024 Summit of the Future and beyond (by invitation only) followed at noon with a session by master’s students from the Graduate Institute showcasing their Applied Research Projects with SDG-focused components.

The Geneva SDG Day will also feature a side event discussion by SDG Lab, Cepei, and IISD, providing a brief snapshot of highlights stemming from the 2023 SDG Summit and their linkages to next year’s Summit of the Future. Register here.

The Day will close with an intergenerational conversation between youth leaders and senior representatives from the Geneva ecosystem on keeping commitments alive for a sustainable future. Register here.
