Evgeniya Altukhova

Evgeniya joined the SDG Lab in February 2021 and she is currently working on strengthening the engagement with Geneva-based Permanent Missions to fine-tune the Lab’s support for the SDGs implementation at the country level.

Before joining the SDG Lab, Evgeniya pursued a diplomatic career. She was posted in Sri Lanka for several years, where she was responsible, inter alia, for the public and government relations of the Russian Mission. She then joined the office of the Deputy Foreign Minister overseeing the matters of Eurasian integration, economic cooperation and trade in Moscow.

Education: BA in International Relations, Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) | Double Master’s Degree in Environmental Policy and International Security from Institut d’études politiques de Paris (SciencesPo) and MGIMO.
